Hassle-Free Olfactory Exchange
At Zauq Parfums, your complete delight is our utmost priority. We offer a 7-day hassle-free exchange and return window from the date of package delivery. If you wish to switch to a different fragrance profile, our concierge will facilitate the exchange effortlessly.
Eligibility Requirements
- The fragrance must be in its original packaging with the cellophane or tamper seal intact (where applicable).
- Proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or phone number used during checkout) must be provided.
- Sample testers or Discovery Sets included in orders are non-returnable once opened.
- Requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving your shipment.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged, with a defective atomizer, or if you receive an incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours with a photograph of the item. We will dispatch a brand-new replacement immediately via priority courier at zero additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
Once returned items are received and inspected at our distribution hub, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa, depending on your preferred payment method.
